This is an original 1st India P1907 Bayonet. These bayonets with blades shortened to 11 3/4 inches were issued to Indian Police Forces. This is a good example. The blade is undamaged with some light staining and the ricasso is stamped with the 'MK 1' Designation together with 'RFI' ( Royal Ordnance Factory Ishapore) and Indian Crest. The reverse is stamped 'DP' which is Dehli Police together with '60'. The pommel is stamped '143'. The cross guard is also stamped 'DP'. The bayonet is complete with steel mounted leather scabbard. All leather and stitching of the scabbard is in tact. Price includes UK delivery. ED 2097
