MINT UN-ISSUED CONDITION WW1 British WD Brown Leather Open Top Holster For Webley .455 Service Revolvers For Machine Gun Crews With Brass Cleaning Rod. Sn 15637 - 15637

These holsters were issued to British machine gun crews during WW1. Our example is in near mint, un-issued, condition. The holster has its original brass cleaning rod contained in a slim pocket at the rear. Above the cleaning rod pocket the leather is crisply stamped "094" and War Department arrow. The rear also has a stitched leather belt loop. The holster has it's original retaining strap with eyelet and brass stud to the body. All stitching and leather are clean and intact.
