An excellent original Nazi marked K98 Bayonet & Scabbard with all matching marks. The bayonet has dark ribbed bakelite grips and excellent original blued finish blade with medial ridge & fuller. The ricasso is crisply stamped by the rare manufacturer 'Durkopp' and the reverse with serial number '4726C'. The back of the blade is dated '38' (1938). The pommel is crisply waffenamt. Its black metal scabbard has no dents & is stamped with matching number ‘38’ date and ‘Durkopp’ near to the throat. The tear drop end of the scabbard is also waffenamt.
