These were a British made Hy-Score Pistol manufactured using machinery from the American Hy-Score company that ceased trading in the early 1970’s. The machinery was shipped from America to Kent in England and a new British Company was formed called the Phoenix Arms Co to produce and market these now British made Air Pistols. They were only in production for a very limited time in the early 1990’s before the company ceased trading. So these British Hy-Score Air Pistols are now scarce and collectable.
This pistol is very good original condition and comes in its rare factory supplied case and is complete with both .22 and .177 calibre barrels. The pistol cocks and fires with no issues.
Also included is a combination tool used for unscrewing and changing the barrels and a screw in dummy moderator origionally supplied with the pistol when new. There are also two plastic tubs of both .177 and .22 Calibre Champion branded pellets.
A very good example of this now scarce British made Air Pistol
Air guns and Air Rifles manufactured after 1939 are restricted by the Violent Crime Reduction Act as regards sale and delivery and as such the transaction must be on a face to face basis.
