This is an inert American 30x100B WECOM weighted dummy round. This round consists of an unmarked brass cartridge case with a ¼ inch diameter hole in the side of it with a copper driving banded practice projectile crimped in it. The steel and alloy projectile consists of an unpainted portion of the projectile above the copper driving band stenciled in white 30MM CTG DUMMY .
