The anti tank gun was first introduced on November 1941. Later the gun was fitted to the Churchill III & IV, Valentine IX, Crusader III tanks and the AEC armoured car Mk III The projectile is a mark 8T,armour piercing capped (APC) trace and has the following stampings BS WIB 7/43 over APC6Pr7cwtVIIIT. The projectile was introduced for a short time only and was quickly replaced by the APCBC projectile. The cartridge case is headstamped a 6pr7cwt mark I M.N in 1943 Lot 141 and has a factory roll neck crimp on the projectile. This round was issued from August 1944. Price includes UK delivery. Sn O944
