Accles and Shelvoke Ltd Warrior .177 Air Pistols

A boxed Accles and Shelvoke “Warrior” .177 Calibre Air Pistol manufactured in Birmingham, England between 1933 and 1939.

The pistol is in good overall condition retaining most of its blueing. It is thinning on areas subject to more handling for example on top of the cylinder and cocking lever but it is its original finish nevertheless. The stamping’s detailing ” The “Warrior” Made by Accles And Shelvoke Ltd Birmingham” on the left and ” F Clarke’s Patent Nos Brit 351268 U.S.A. 538057″ on the right are crisp and legible. The Serial number ‘4909’ is stamped on the front of the pistol grip frame.

The grips are complete with no cracks they are showing wear but clearly show the impressed Knights helmet trademark insignia on each of them.

It is complete with its correct adjustable rear sight and front sight.

The pistol cocks and fires with no issues.

It comes with its original box which is showing wear but clearly shows the image of the pistol on the lid and “The Warrior Air Pistol” and associated text. The instructions of use are pasted on the inside of the lid. It has been repaired previously but is complete. The base is also complete and has also been repaired in the past.

Included is a box of ‘Beatall’ pellets and a cleaning brush.
