DEACTIVATED INERT. This a WW2 1941 dated German 20mm FFM (20x82) HEIT (High Explosive Incendiary Tracer) aircraft cannon round fitted to various German aircraft during WW2, including the Me109, FW190,various night fighters and bomber aircraft. The lacquered steel cartridge case is percussion primed and is headstamped XI 1 64i wa waffenampt64 .The projectile is an iron driving banded High Explosive Incendiary Tracer with a AZ 1504 nose fuse which is stamped AZ 1504 wa (Hasag, Hugo Schneider AG, Abteilung Lampenfabrik, Leipzig) 1941 (date) 843 . The projectile retains approximately 90% of its original yellow (high explosive), red (tracer) and blue paint (incendiary) paint. The projectile is stamped over the driving band wa (Hasag, Hugo Schneider AG, Abteilung Lampenfabrik, Leipzig) 34c 41 (date) waffenampt 64 . The projectile is stencilled in black round its circumference 1 41 (date) waffenampt 64 over 115g Price includes UK delivery.
