WW1 Dutch Army NCO's Shako Cap. Sn 10262

An original WW1 Dutch Army NCO's Shako cap. The cap is made from green felt with red piping in two bands. The cap has a Dutch cap badge, a woven/ braided cockade with a red centre and with a Dutch Lion Button below. The peak is lined inside with a green smooth finished material. It has a leather chin strap attached with Dutch Lion Buttons either side. The cap is in original condition with just a couple of very small (one 2mm and one is 1mm) holes at the back. Inside the cap it has a leather sweat band and cloth liner. It has 2 eyelets either side. The price includes UK delivery.
