This is an excellent boxed Webley Junior Series 2 .177 Calibre Air pistol (see pages 95 to 108 of Bruce’s book ‘Webley Air pistols’). It is undamaged with original finish and black plastic grips with embossed Webley logos. The left side of the cylinder is stamped 'The Webley Junior .177 Webley & Scott Ltd Birmingham 4 Made in England' (In 1958 Webley relocated their factory from Birmingham 4 to Birmingham 21 Postal area. Weapons produced after 1958 were marked either Birmingham or Birmingham 21). The front of the cylinder is stamped with serial / batch number '184'. It has a blade foresight & fixed rear sight and it cocks and fires perfectly with a strong spring action. The left hand side of the metalwork has minor signs of age related wear but is undamaged. It is contained in its original Webley labelled cardboard box with vivid Webley pistol imagery. Original Webley Junior instructions are adhered to the inside of the lid of the box.
