A fantastic single action pocket revolver from Smith and Wesson. in .32RF. The top of the barrel reads: "SMITH & WESSON, SPRINGFIELD, MASS. PAT.APR.8.55 JULY 5.69 & NOV. 21.65" After the US civil war, there was an abundance of full size service revolvers on the surplus market, but very little in the way of pocket revolvers, S&W rectified this with this model, which was the start of their now famous heritage. This gun is of obsolete calibre and can be owned without a licence under section 58/2 of the firearms act.
