WW2 Era Nazi German Paul Seilheimer Solingen Hitler Youth 'HJ' Leader’s Long Dress Bayonet & Scabbard With Leather Frog By ‘F. Franek D. Berkovice’. Sn 19895:1 - 19895:1

An excellent, original Hitler-Jugend (HJ) Hitler Youth Leader’s long dress bayonet with nickel plated pommel and cross guard. It has its original undamaged black chequered grips, one grip inset with the HJ red and white enamel HJ diamond with black and gold swastika. It has a clean, plated 9 ¾” long, clean single edged blade with fullers and measures 14 ¾” overall. The blade has the trademark of the rare maker ‘Paul Seilheimer Solingen’ (illustrated) and has original hilt washer. The pommel’s push button release catch functions correctly. It is complete with original black metal scabbard with frog locket and ball tip. The scabbard’s black finish is excellent and has no dents. The scabbard is fitted with original leather frog with belt loop impressed with manufacturer cartouche ‘F. Franek D. Berkovice’ alongside rampant Lion trademark.
