Advertised as the worlds first air pistol without recoil or rebound. A large pistol at 16” long it works on the principle of two pistons, one compresses the air whilst the other acts as a dummy weight and travels in the opposite direction when its fired. The top of the cylinder is stamped ‘Original’ ‘MOD 6’ at the back of the rear sight. Made in Germany and ’08 72’ (Aug 1972 manufacture) is stamped to the side a the rear and ‘Deutsche Bundespatente’ ‘AUSLANDSPATENTE’. The serial number is; 63033 is stamped to the cocking hinge along with CAL 4.5/.177. The metalwork and blueing is excellent. The brown plastic molded grips are undamaged.
